“Cimarrón”

Abbandono, fuga, evasione, partenza, allontanamento, diserzione…

Quanti possono essere i motivi improvvisi per cui si decide, o si è forzati, a lasciarsi tutto alle

spalle?

Pochi attimi, di disperazione o di euforia, in cui si ha la possibilità di portarsi dietro poche cose, non sempre le più importanti. A volte le prime che si trovano sotto mano o davanti agli occhi. Il caso che decide la nuova geografia dei luoghi che troveremo e ridisegna attraverso il caos quelli da cui ci allontaniamo, lasciando tracce non sempre veritiere di quello che siamo stati.

Una vita educata e addomesticata che migra fino a riappropriarsi dei suoi caratteri originari e

selvaggi, fino a rifondare le regole di territori e comunità.

Una nostalgia di quello che siamo stati senza averlo mai sperimentato.

Abandonment, scape, evasion, departure, distance, desertion…

How many can be the sudden reasons why it is decided, or it is forced, to leave everything behind?

Few moments, of desperation or euphoria, where one has the possibility of taking with them only a few things, not always the most important ones. Sometimes the first ones are found under the hand or in front of the eyes.

The case that decides the new geography of the places we will find and redraws through the chaos from which we move away, leaving traces not always true of what we were.

A docile and domesticated life that migrates to regain possession of its original and wild characters, to restore the rules of territory and community.

A nostalgia for what we have been without ever having experienced it.
